Time
- the Exhibition will be open from
9am to 7pm on Thursday, 27 November
and 9am to 5pm on Friday 28 November 2008. The time
for access for set-up will be notified
nearer the date. All stands should
be dismantled and removed after the
closure of the exhibition on 28 November.

Cost
- the fee of £1195 (Gold Package)
/ £995 (Silver Package)plus
VAT per unit area of 2m x 1.5m covers
hire of space, provision of a table
plus two chairs, 1 power point socket,
the attendance of 2 representatives
with coffee, buffet lunch and tea.

An
invoice for space hire (Gold and Silver
Packages) / inserts (Bronze Package)
will be issued on receipt of your
booking. Payment of this invoice will
secure your space.

Once
your booking has been received, we
will take that as confirmation and
allocate you space.

In
the event of cancellation by the exhibitor
after 1st October 2008, 50% of the
space hire fee will be charged.

Exhibitors
cancelling after 1st November 2008
will be liable for the full cost of
space hire.

A
representative of the exhibiting company
must be present and responsible for
the exhibit throughout the conference/exhibition.

Units
of 2m x 1.5m can only be let.

Units
MUST NOT be sub-let.

Exhibitors
exhibit entirely at their own risk.
Aslib/IMI is not liable for any loss
or damage to property which the exhibitors
or their agents may sustain. (Insurance
against such contingencies is recommended).

Exhibitors
must not alter the appointment of
the exhibition area and any damage
caused by the exhibitors of their
agents must be made good at the exhibitor's
expense. Exhibitors should also indemnify
Aslib/IMI against liabilities, actions,
costs, claims and loss of any property
on their part. Exhibitors should be
adequately insured against liabilities.
