The Conference will give you access to major decision makers in the Translation Industry.

Sponsors/exhibitors are offered five conference places for clients at a special delegate fee of 50% of the advertised fee (except academic rate). These could be offered to current or potential clients. The following packages are available:

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES - This year we are looking for sponsorship for the following:

• Sponsorship of the conference handbook. The inside cover of the conference handbook is available for a black and white advert of your products and services. Also your logo (with a link to your web site) will appear prominently on the conference web site.(£550 plus VAT)

• Sponsorship of a wine reception (lunch or evening)- your name and logo will appear inside the conference brochure. (£800 plus VAT)
  
  (Sponsor both the handbook and a wine reception for £1150 plus VAT)

• Product Lauch/Product Workshop evening of 27 November
  This includes room hire, use of a computer projector and screen. Limited to 120 people, this can be advertised as your event with free places to which people could book into at the time of booking the conference. Alternatively, these places could be given to your invited guests. Or indeed a combination of these two. This will give you an opportunity to meet with current and / or potential clients. The session could involve a presentation of your current products and those in development, along with a case study from a current client. Alternatively, you could present a topic of a wider interest to those in the translation profession. Your logo and a link to your web site will appear prominently on the conference web site. (£1350 plus VAT)

EXHIBITION PACKAGES:
GOLD PACKAGE:
1) Exhibition space 2m x 1.5m
2) Link from the Aslib web site (exhibitors section) to your web site the moment you confirm your space Similarly, we would ask you to include a link to ours, thereby ensuring maximum exposure of your products to delegates and potential delegates.
3) Attendance of two company representatives, with full access to the sessions
4) Company listing in the Conference Programme
5) Insertion of one brochure in the delegate packs
TOTAL COST: £1195 plus VAT (reduced to £600 plus VAT if a Sponsor also)

SILVER PACKAGE:
1) Exhibition space 2m x 1.5m
2) Link from the Aslib web site (exhibitors section) to your web site the moment you confirm your space Similarly, we would ask you to include a link to ours, thereby ensuring maximum exposure of your products to delegates and potential delegates.
3) Attendance of two company representatives, with full access to the sessions
4) Company listing in the Conference Programme
TOTAL COST: £995 plus VAT (reduced to £500 plus VAT if a Sponsor also)

BRONZE PACKAGE:
Insertion of one item in the delegate packs
TOTAL COST: £250 plus VAT

Additional exhibitor representatives: £300 (both days); £180 (one day)
