This year we have presentations from speakers from a wide range of organizations including the European Commission, WIPO, NATA, Google Localisation, and W3C.
New features this year
Knowledge Cafè – a simple way to facilitate and encourage discussion, knowledge-sharing between those engaged in research and practice
Vendor Updates - find out what’s new from a range of suppliers and providers
Follow on Twitter - exchange ideas and observations during the conference
Benefits of attending
We are delighted to announce that the keynote speaker will be Sergio Pelino, Senior Program Manager, Localization Operations, at Google Localization. Sergio will not talk about Google or a Google product, rather about the fruit of his research as member of the Google Localization team. He will be talking about research he carried out on an empirical method of measuring Machine Translation quality alternative to the current industry standards.
