PLEASE NOTE:
- The journal issues will be despatched at the end of the month in which they are published - see the schedule below
- Please allow 6 weeks for delivery from the end of the despatch month before claiming missing issues
- You then have a further 6 weeks in which to claim the missing issue
- Any claims beyond this allotted period cannot be fulfilled
- There is a maximum of one claim per issue
