  1. The journal issues will be despatched at the end of the month in which they are published - see the schedule below
  2. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery from the end of the despatch month before claiming missing issues
  3. You then have a further 6 weeks in which to claim the missing issue
  4. Any claims beyond this allotted period cannot be fulfilled
  5. There is a maximum of one claim per issue
